Shops & Custom Solutions

WooCommerce with B2B features, dealer portals and custom plugins. When standard isn't enough, I build what's missing – clean, documented, maintainable.

01

The Problem

Standard shops aren't enough for many businesses. Dealers need different prices than end customers. Sample orders work differently than regular orders. Price groups, volume discounts, role-based access – you can't get that off the shelf.

Shopify doesn't solve this: closed system, 2% transaction fees, no real B2B features. And most WooCommerce agencies build the shop, hand it over and disappear. When the first plugin update breaks the checkout six months later, you're on your own.

02

The Solution

I build WooCommerce shops that go beyond standard – and I stay afterwards.

The Proof

Gerwing Steinwerke – one of Germany's largest paving stone manufacturers. Complete shop rebuild in 2023 with WooCommerce. Custom stone sample ordering system with email follow-up, product filters by color, format and application area, B2B price groups for different customer types.

Sole technical responsibility since then. One contact person, short paths, direct implementation. What an agency would have charged for this: significantly more – and you'd have three contact persons instead of one.

FAQ – Shops & Custom

Shopify is a closed system: you rent a shop you don't own. Plus transaction fees of 2% on top of payment fees. WooCommerce belongs to you, runs on your server, is infinitely customizable and has no transaction fees. For German B2B requirements (price groups, dealer portals, Germanized), WooCommerce is the better choice.

Yes. That's the point. I build the shop so you can manage products, prices and content yourself without having to call me for every change. After launch there's a training session on product management. For everything beyond that: maintenance packages from EUR 200/month.

B2B means: different prices for different customer groups. Dealers see different prices than end customers. Plus features like: sample orders, volume discounts, net price display, inquiry instead of cart, role-based access to certain products. It's not magic when you know how WooCommerce works internally.

WooCommerce shop: from EUR 4,800 fixed price (up to 50 products). Typical: EUR 4,800–9,000. For comparison: an agency charges EUR 12,000–25,000 for comparable scope. After the initial call you'll get a concrete fixed price.

Yes, if the foundation is solid. If your shop runs on WooCommerce and is technically up to date, I can build on it. If the basic structure is outdated or flawed, a rebuild with data migration is often more cost-effective. We'll clarify this in the initial call.
